Formerly Wellesley Inn and Suites Orlando/Maitland, on or about November 3, 2004, this property will officially become an Extended Stay America Hotel. This all- suite property is near the Maitland Corporate Business Center, catering to both business and leisure travelers. Complimentary continental breakfast daily. A lovely 3 story spanish colonial building surrounded by palm trees and lush landscaping. Our spacious suites provide you with either a queen or king size bed. All rooms come with a fully equipped kitchen, two line direct dial speaker phone with data ports.One pet is allowed per guest room.00 USD per day non refundable cleaning fee (not to exceed 75.00 USD) will be charged the first night of your stay. Pets must never be left unattended. The pet owner will be responsible for any damage caused by their pet. Guide dogs are always accepted.Housekeeping: 7 nights or more - housekeeping services are provided on a twice-weekly basis. Refresh service (replenish towels, empty trash, make bed with existing linens, replenish amenities) is provided on the 3rd night and full service (includes changing of bed linens and vacuuming of room) on the 5th or 6th night. This cycle continues to repeat itself, as the guest says longer. 4-6 nights - One refresh service is provided (replenish towels, empty trash, make bed with existing linens, replenish amenities) on the 3rd or 4th night. 1-3 nights - No service.
